A Small Milestone

So today was a good day. For about the third consecutive day I woke up a pound lighter. You just can't beat that. It also marked 15 lbs since I began seriously watching my weight the 1st of January. Today (actually Tuesday-yesterday) I also did my 1st exercise. A 12 min. seated body core video work out I found here on Spark. It's just the first of many drops in my bucket. I'm going to try to do it every day then add another to it to work towards 30 minutes per day. Last week the scale wanted to yoyo and so did my mood with it. It's hard to stay motivated when things aren't going great but when they are we can get a little recharge and keep on keepin on. I've posted on my down days and found the encouragement I needed and I really appreciate that. Sometimes we just need a kind word to let us know we aren't alone in our battles. There really are others out there who know, understand and care. Who knew? I'd just like to say Thank You, Liz
