Hungry vs Bored

I am going to start asking myself one question before I eat a non planned food, am I hungry or just bored? If I am bored I will attempt to choose something from the following list instead and see if the feeling goes away.
- Go for a walk.
- Give myself a mani.
- Read a chapter of one of the books I currently have on the go.
- Clean something.
- Distract myself with some project.
- Write a short journal entry.
- Do some meal planning.
- Call a friend.
I am sure that there are more ways that others out there do this and would really appreciate anyone's feedback.
