Im still sick but not as bad as last week. I still have crap in the back of my throat and Im still coughing. I am though able to breathe THROUGH MY NOSE. I hate having to breathe through my mouth and taking breaks from chewing food just to catch my breath.
My joints were also sore and stiff from this cold but they are much better now. Im not going to the gym until everything is out of my system. I need to make myself get up and do some exercises here at home. At least work on my butt and core.
Now time to rest and drink more gallons of water :)
