I think I've lost about 8 lbs so far this month. If I'm lucky I'll hit my 10 lb goal for this first month. Although to be perfectly honest I had hoped my first few months would surprise me with larger quicker losses. But with hypothyroid, diabetes, menopause and a score of other health issues I should be humbly grateful for the loss I've got. But it's going to be a very long journey indeed. I need to cheer up and look at things with more positivity and start looking for ways to incorporate exercise into my lazy lifestyle. Becoming more organized would be helpful too. So much work to do. Onward and upward.
