So everyday now for the past 7 days I have done my workout! So proud of myself. In my mind I am so ready to see changes and accomplish something. My workout includes Jillian Michaels beginner shred 20 min video. Then a step aerobics by fitnessblender on YouTube 12 min video.

    It takes time i havent seen any but dont befriend the scale because that will be your worst enemy if you depend on it you won't see result ever thats the lesson i learned in the past 3 times I've tried loosing weight.
