Relationship With Food

It's funny that my blog question from Spark Coach for today is about eating habits. After a particularly rough evening, I caught myself thinking "I could really use some chocolate right now..." I've never thought of myself as an emotional eater, but today got me wondering. Am I? Am I an emotional eater? How often have I had a rough or joyful day and used food to cope/rejoice?
To rate my habits, I would have to give myself a 3 out of 10. I know I make a lot of bad choices, and many are with full knowledge and understanding that I'm making a bad choice. However, I also try to make healthy decisions. I am trying to stop drinking pop again. When I did it before, I bought things like Sobe LifeWater and used them as a way to quench the craving for a sweet drink while still not racking up calories. I have a long way to go, but I've already made some improvements.
