I decided yesterday would be a cheat day since I'd been keeping to my 1200 cal limit but had experienced a 2 lb gain. So I had clam chowder for lunch, tuna noodle for dinner and chocolate cake for dessert. Completely blew up my carbs and calories, did everything wrong and lost a pound and a half. I don't get it. That's okay, I don't have to understand how or why I guess, just that it WORKED. Now today back on task and we'll see how the rest of the week goes. Cheers to everyone having a great week.
