Day 8 Feeling positive :)

Sorry I didn't post most of last week. I've been getting some really bad migraines. Feeling much better today. I have been tracking but I haven't always felt like eating much. I try and get something healthy in when the migraines are at the worst and trying to do tracking.
So for this past week I have tracked and logged in everyday!
I also lost 3 pounds this past week!
My goal for this week is to keep tracking. I will be eating more since I'm not getting the migraines (hopefully all week and not just today
I am feeling positive which is great because feeling positive can be a bit difficult some days.
I am hoping to get to the gym at least once this week BUT I know it will be much easier to get to the gym next week since hubby will be back on the early shift. Until then I can do my walking DVD or go for a walk in the mornings :) Making sure my eating is doing well is definitely a start.
I am also going to be starting the percent weight loss tracking on 30 somethings with 100+ pounds to lose so I can keep track of my progress.
