today is the day the shades of Paleo begins. I started 18 days ago and have been researching and reflecting the past few weeks. I have determined I am 80/20, to be safe, but I am stepping out here for the duration of this challenge, and going primal paleo with my new friend Mark, the Apple guy. I am really going to try and keep my fruit and nut consumption low. I am going to continue my written food log. I am also going to work on the primal prescription for activity. I may have to modify somewhat but I know I can walk and plank. Maybe work up to some Sprints. If I knew how to post my before pics here, I would! ...maybe somewhere!

If you really wan to post your pictures, save them to your computer first. Then use the edit blog function (bottom left of your blog post). Open the comment box, put your cursor where you want the picture, click the 'add image' button (top middle of the comment box), find the photo on your computer, and add the image to you page ad save.
