Fitness Test Day

Today was day 30 of BBM 3.0 challenge which means fit test day. Same fit test as days 1 & 15. Test is comprised of 8 exercise for 50 seconds each and 10 seconds of rest in between. Below are my scores from today plus the score in paranthesis is from days 1 & 15, respectively.

Squats with shoulder press: 37 (26, 30)
Tricep dips: 33 (27, 28)
Jump squats: 29 (22, 26)
Pushups: 24 (17, 23) (still no modifications! YAY!!)
Lunge kick left side: 18 (17, 16)
Lunge kick right side: 18 (16, 14)
Mountain climbers: 94 (54, 80)
Plank- held for 1 min, 15 (1 minute,1 min 10 sec ) (still no modifications! YAY!!)

Definite improvement in all areas! I'm down 1.75 inches but up .6 pound. I've really got to get my nutrition under control.
