Restarted my "get healthy" journey 2 weeks ago and already reminded how amazing simple changes in your diet and exercising regularly can make you feel!

I am sick of going back and forth. I am important, my health is important for me and my children. I am NOT going backwards this time. Doing this one step at a time!

This weeks win: I set a goal of going up the 5 flights of stairs at work instead of using the elevator 1 times per shift last week, which I did. This week I had set a goal of 2 times per shift and eventually want to work up to only using the stairs. I did my 2 times plus another 2 - 4 times each night. At my weight that I am still moving slow and have to focus on controlling my breathing for that last flight or 2, but I am already noticing a huge difference from the 1st week. I know it will only get easier!

So, that's my win for the week. What is yours??
