January 2016, it's been a good month until....

..... yesterday. For the most part, I have done GREAT. No sugar, 10,000 + steps each day and 2+ hours of exercise each day. But yesterday, I could have screamed.
WARNING! ADULT FEMALE CONTENT COMING... I HATE MOTHER NATURE! Seriously, a switch was flipped to turn this dang thing on, a switch can be flipped to turn it off. I'm 47 years old, my baby is 18 years old. I am not starting another family, time for this monthly visit to GO AWAY!
As for the rest of month, it's been good. I've stayed within my calorie count, exercise, steps, sugar (or lack of) is all good. But Saturday, I didn't even bother to track my food. I didn't care. I did make sure I walked and did other exercises, so my 2 hours were met. I had over 12,000 steps yesterday, that's good, didn't eat sugar... but I have no idea about calorie count. Today, I have my 10,000 steps in already and my 2 hours of exercise... walking being the majority, and no sugar today. I just need to make sure to keep track of my calorie count to get it back under control after yesterday.
OK, rant over... back to cutting up veggies for lunches this week.
