bad day

No achievement at all today. Except crash my ego. All in all a horrid day. I have to promise to myself to be more selfish and take care of own health and goals. It is sick and stupid of me to get embroiled in other people's affairs and waste my time. Today I was way too much depressed. It's been like this since yesterday. emoticon I really wish to get out of this .
