Hey don't beat yourself up! It is obvious that wish you had not. But that is now done and gone. Put it away and learn a lesson. We all do it and every now and then will not break us. Learn from it but put it in your past where it belongs. Look to the future. I can tell by how you feel that you are going to be one of the big winners on this site. Plus I bet you will end up inspiring many. Thanks for sharing. And with that said, it will soon be another day so let's just keep on keeping on. Great luck on your journey to become fit and healthy. Great Pic of you!

I hear ya. Not feeling so good myself after partaking staff lunch today. I would have been okay with just the chili but of course there were dainties . . . too many dainties. Now I just feel like crap and going to take a nap so that I can start over when I wake up. Lesson learned . . . AGAIN.
