I need some proof

Ok so if been on sparkpeople for about a month. I'm eating healthier with portion control, no pop, no candy. I'm exercising every day and getting in about 10,000 steps. I have barely anything to show that I'm on track. I've lost about 3 lbs and I know it's really just water weight.
I feel like I should give up. I know I wont. I just feel like I need proof! I know it isn't going to come off right away. And I know it's all about being consistent and patient but man oh man lol.
