End of wk 1

So iv ate ok this week, but only managed 1 lot of proper exercise.
Weigh in this morning I'm still exactly same weight as last wk so this is a mini goal.
I have decided to really challenge myself to lose 5lb (or should I push myself to lose 10lb) by end of February, in reward ill buy myself a new fit bit with heart monitor.
Next week I will be eating more home made foods and exercising at least 3 times for 30 mins each.
And trying to eat my calories.
today iv managed to only eat 700cals, not meaning to just been a busy day and when we got around to eating tea just wasn't very hungry.
