3.0 Challenge Fitness test day

Yesterday was day 15 of BBM 3.0 challenge which means fit test day. Same fit test as day 1. Test is comprised of 8 exercise for 50 seconds each and 10 seconds of rest in between. Below are my scores from yesterday plus the score in paranthesis is from day 1.

Squats with shoulder press: 30 (26)
Tricep dips: 28 (27)
Jump squats: 26 (22)
Pushups: 23 (17) (still no modifications! YAY!!)
Lunge kick left side: 16 (17)
Lunge kick right side: 14 (16)
Mountain climbers: 80 (54)
Plank- held for 1 min 10 sec (1 minute) (still no modifications! YAY!!)

I'm happy with my results. I'm not sure why my lunges I got less than last time but that's ok. I did take measurements and overall I'm apparently up 1.5 inches but I lost 2.8 pounds. So... I don't know. I think sometimes I don't always meausre in the same spot. I need to pick a distance and stick with that. Say.... to measure my thigh, go up 6 inches from knee. Something like that. My thighs, calves and arms I keep going up/down the same 1/2 inch each time I do measurements. I'm more interested in my stomach measurements anyway. That's what I really want to decrease. I do that in 3 different spots and I saw a small loss in each spot so that makes me happy. I believe the next fit test and measurement day is day 45 so not for a while. I, of course, won't stay off the scale!
