Year 2 Day 19 - Fitness Starting Point

Last year I didn't do a good job of tracking much strength I gained from losing weight so this time around I wanted to do a blog to help highlight some stats so I can refer back to them. Now the fun will hopefully be how much I can improve on these over the next year.
1 mile - 13:56 on treadmill
48 jumping jacks in one minute
15 sit-ups in one minute
17 wall push-ups in one minute
plank on knees - 30 seconds
