Wow, I didn't realize I hadn't blogged since 2013. I have had a revision of my total knee replacement since then, also am having increasing pain in my left knee. I don't want to go to the doctor just yet because I am not ready for my next knee replacement, however, it has cut down my walking.
Unfortunately, I did very well keeping my weight down, however the last few months my weight has crept up and it is time for me to step back up to the plate. I have been recording my food intake but not really reducing it as I have in the past. I know what I need to do and it is time to restart my healthy living plan.
I have reset my goals. I have taken a few days to rethink what I want to do and now it is time to do it. This is going to be the first day of my new plan and I will succeed. I will watch what I am eating and stay within my calorie range, I am going to work hard to walk at least 10,000 steps daily, and go to physical therapy where I do strength exercises twice weekly. I know doing these three things, I should be able to lose the 26 lbs I have managed to gain.
