Starting 21 day fix

After successfully maintaining during the holidays, I just gained 3 pounds. I made a commitment to do the 21 day fix program awhile back. Was it psychological that I gained weight knowing I was starting this new program? I kind of think it was because I was eating mindlessly. I am putting it out here, so I need to stay on track and get back on track. I have 20 pounds to lose now. I have my containers waiting for me and the plan. I am glad I have 2 days off from work to prep food etc. I hope everyone is having a sparky new year. My goal is to report back to you in 21 days with my results.
