Another year older even faster, stronger and more flexible and still no thinner

Haha, my last blog entry was a year ago.
The story continues, I started Crossfit in July and stuck to it. I feel fabulous, am really much stronger and fitter. I can do stuff I never thought possible.
But I still weigh the same as I did last year and the year before.....
Actually my weight has not changed much since I stopped smoking 14 years ago when it shot up within a year to the current level.
I lost some on our 500 mile walk, I lost some when I was really ill, twice, but other than that it stayed pretty much the same. So my on and off 'careful' eating has at least achieved that - I have successfully been maintaining my weight.
Sooooo...... there is a message in that. And the message to me is: I do not give up - ever! Just imagine what happens if I would give up.
On, on, off to kick my butt at the box.
