The I Cant Moment

So how many of us have been busy all day and it's bed time before we have a chance to workout? Then the "I can't" words run through your mind. Or it gets to your scheduled exercise time and your just too tired or sore, "I can't" seems to pop up. Or oh my word the kids just will not give you five minutes of peace, let alone a whole workout slot, "I can't" rears it head again. "I can't" is almost always an I don't want to. We all can. And 15 minutes into the workout, if your like me, the "I can't" you were just uttering seems to have been not so hard to get through. For every time you feel like you can't, just remember there's a whole group of spark people who know you can.

    you are right ON Geri! i had the i cants last night, but really they were the i don't want to!s! but i was glad when i did and today, i can tell that i did it. yay! SparkitySpark!

    That's a great thought!

    For me, getting started is usually the hardest part, when all the excuses start lining themselves up in my head. If I push the excuses away and get on with it, I'm always glad I did!!
