Year 2 Day 7 - Plan B

Sometimes you have a plan for your workout but you just don't feel like doing what you planned. I originally was going to try out a new fitness class today but I really just didn't want to. So I decided I would get one of my mileage days in instead.
After quite a bit of self talk to get myself to change clothes and get it started I got my feet moving on the treadmill. I can tell you that I watched every tenth of the 1.5 miles closely. Always calculating how much was left. I can't say I enjoyed it while I was doing it but I'm glad I did it.
Sometimes Plan B isn't pretty but it is important that you get it done.
