Day 3 & 4/365 - Gym'n

So Monday I worked with two girls I'm helping train. We did arms & shoulders Monday, then Legs and Abs this morning. Tonight I just met up with my trainer who has a new location. We did measurements and I've gained inches everywhere since November. However I believe my body fat has gone down by two percent. We used a different machine this time so it may be inaccurate.
I did my first day of intermittent fasting too. It's an 8 hour window where you can eat, but 16 where you cannot. Ranges vary from 6 hours to 12 hours depending on your needs. Has anyone tried it?
