Feeling better is the BEST motivation

Proper nutrition and hydration. Regular bouts of activity throughout the day.
In the last couple of months, I haven't paid good enough attention to these key healthy habits. I've learned since starting this wellness journey that these are the underpinnings of health...without them, everything else suffers.
Without the proper fuel, water, and movement - my stress levels increase (physically and mentally), my ability to exercise is diminished, I bloat up and slow down.
I knew that once I recommitted myself to feeling good again, that it would not take long to achieve some beneficial results. It is funny that even though THAT was my motivation (feeling good through good health), it is still such a challenge to avoid my triggers and pitfalls. Sheer force of will DOES get me past most of those roadblocks...but results are the best propeller.
Today, my results are beginning to head to the forefront. YAY!
My skin is clearing up - it looks and feels less inflamed.
My pants fit better - the bloat is dissipating.
My outlook is improved - I believe I can.
Bookmarking these things is going to be critical in my continued progress.
