Year 2 Day 4 - Braving the Gym

It all started with an email announcing some new fitness classes offered for free at work that I saw last week. Things like Zumba toning, abs and core, chisel, vinyasa yoga, Pilates, barre, etc.
I decided to go ahead and try to block my calendar 4 days a week to see if I could average at least two. I hate locker rooms and walls of mirrors. Somehow I am the biggest person in the room or at least in my head I am.
Gym intimidation does not go away easily I sure wish it did. I braved the locker room and gym over my lunch today at work to try out a new group fitness class. It was ok so fingers crossed I will brave the gym again.
