A brand new year

I didn't think I would get to this point, but I am back to needing to take off some weight. I didn't get triggered to do it when I bumped out of one-derland, I didn't get triggered to do it when I went on any number of swimsuit requiring vacations. But I triggered myself last month when I got a bit winded doing something simple. I haven't missed a day of exercise since the first of January 2011 - but that exercise has gotten easier and easier, until it got to the point where it was more a habit than an actual workout. I need more than that - unless I want to eat tiny bits of food. I'd rather work harder and be able to enjoy my meals more. I am going to do this. I will be back to one-derland soon. I know I can!!! Because I have done it before and I have the strength.
