Back to the old routine

Today was my first day back to work after 17 days off. I tried to make the best of it, but it was hard. I really, REALLY, enjoyed my time off. My husband is retired now, and it's really hard for me to get up early and go off to work. I saw a t-shirt on Facebook that said, "All I really want to do is be a stay at home dog mom." Yup, that about sums it up for me! I planned ahead and took some Greek yogurt, low-fat cheese sticks, zero-calorie drinks, and instant oatmeal to work with me. I wanted to keep some healthy snacks and/or lunch items convenient to save money and calories. I am also going to make a point of getting up and walking around more often. I still have to work for 4 more years, but I'll do my best to make them healthy years.
