This is just with walking and some small weights and body weight moves from time to time. I am very limited to what i can do physically thanks to AS. Lately I have been able to add more to my routine, which is exciting bc I miss being toned and having a butt! It takes time, just keep going, take it day by day. Thanks for taking a peak.
