New year, New tracking board and goal weight for next week.
I don't think I will continue my blog every day goal from 2015, I still will blog, but it was getting a bit tedious when I really didn't have anything to say about my day. So I figure I will blog when there is something to report. I will continue to log my food.
I haven't really decided on any sort of resolution this year. Other than refocus.
