January 2016 Resolutions/Goals

2015 was not a bad year I did not lose as much weight as I wanted to but I developed some good healthy habits such as exercising and eating healthy. 2016 will be VERY SUCCESSFUL AND AWESOME! My 2016 Goals/resolutions are:

1. To exercise at least 4x a week for a minimum on 30minutes per day
2. To drink at least 8 cups of water per day Cut out the sodas
3. To continue to log my meals so that I can be completely aware of what I am putting in my beautiful God made body.
4. To be positive in everything
5. To stop crying over spilled milk and JUST DO IT!

I am going to take it one day at a time. I AM TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!
