Exploring a new lifestyle

So I had lost most of the weight I wanted to, but guess what...I still wanted more-got frustrated and very slowly lost my good habits. I am putting the breaks on and trying to figure out how to make my new lifestyle as easy as my old one! So I have to loose a little of the weight again, that I know I can do. But I need to figure out how to KEEP UP THE HEALTHY HABITS!!
I am going to add in meditation and yoga as I go into the next year, I need to be still and quiet my mind and really focus on me. It is so hard for me to do this because I feel like I am being selfish. But it is time.
