day 3 of daily exercise!
Saturday: 45 min walking 3.0
Sunday: 40 min walking 3.0
Monday: 15 min stationary bike
Today wasn't my best workout, but I'm feeling it in my butt and I think it's a victory.
I get to join a gym next week, so I'm trying to plan how to make it work for my morning routine.
Pack: clothes, lunch, shoes, bra, makeup
Locker there: shampoo, conditioner, hairbrush, towel
