Winter 5% Challenge

I am looking forward to the Winter 5% Challenge that begins on January 2nd. I really loved the Fall 5% challenge. I didn’t lose 5% of my bodyweight, but I did become much more consistent than I have been in the past. I hope to meet the 5% goal this time!

Winter 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment
I really enjoy getting my five mile walk/runs in but winter should be here soon so I am trying other forms of exercising hoping to form a new habit.
Get in at least 82,000 steps a week.
I'm trying DailyBurn and plan to do the daily 30 minute video combining strength training and cardio at least five days a week.
If I find that DailyBurn does not work for me I will substitute with another video or walk/running weather permitting.

Diet Commitment
Do you know what diet you will follow? I will try to stay within my ranges from SparkPeople. I will commit to recording everything that I eat and drink throughout the challenge. In the last challenge tracking showed me that I ate a larger serving of ice cream than I realized. Reducing my portion was a small and maintainable change. I figure those are what are most likely to lead to continued success.
I will plan to continue with my routine of eating the same breakfast and lunch 90 percent of the time.
