A blessing in disguise?

Such a crazy week at work!!!! I was doing wonderful on my eating and then... BAM!! Wednesday wasn't great, but yesterday.... HORRID!!!!! It was moving day for our clients (leaving home to go to another company) After not getting home until after midnight Wednesday night I had to be back at 8am yesterday. No time to eat; boss brought in donuts. I tried to resist but finally I HAD to eat something. I ate 1... two hours later I ate another. 6 hours later I'm STILL stuck at work, so light headed I could barely see, with a killer migraine. Sadly the closest place was McDonalds. I ate a medium fry and a filet-o-fish sandwich... then a 10 piece nugget. I drove home, took some medicine for my migraine, and sent hubby to the corner for a 20oz bottle of 7up, Which I drank between 6:30p-12a. Woke up at 10pm hungry... but still feeling weak. Hubby had bought a dinner box for him and our son;they saved me the 10 pc nuggets. That has to have been a 3000 calorie day. Disappointed in myself.

However, today is a new day and I have the day off!!! I've accomplished NOTHING!!! What an oddly amazing feeling!!! LOL Grandkids are their way over now!! So excited!!!

We all have days like that. It may have been your first but it won't be your last. The key is to recognize you are not perfect and things in life are going to happen. As long as you get back on track and don't quit you will be just fine. The key is never give up. We all need to learn we need to take one day at a time.
