Trying to fit in workout

I'm at my son's school because today is chapel day and he is supposed to be picked to go up front and help the music teacher so I am pretty much here till noon. Then I have a realtor coming over at 2pm and somewhere in there I have to give myself and my son lunch and put the baby down for a nap. I have to workout but I don't know when I will be able to fit it in. By the time the realtor leaves I have to give the baby another nap, make dinner, get everyone in the tub and by then it's time to put the baby to bed. I was going to try to squeeze in a walk or some yoga but I don't know. I'm afraid that if I don't workout I will lose motivation. I will clean the house before she comes but does that count? Sorry I'm rambling....any suggestions?

    Perhaps go for a walk with the kids, and let your baby nap in the stroller? Hope it works out for you! If not, realize it is a very busy day and plan to do something tomorrow! (-;

    That sounds like a hectic day. If you can't schedule it in, then just make sure you eat right for the day. Weight loss is mainly what you eat, not what you do. Maybe tracking your foods will help you stay motivated. It's hard to get a workout in when you have so many other priorities.

    yes cleaning house is exercise and walking does too punch in heavy cleaning and how long you cleaned house
