So I have two things I need to blog about. One is for the sweet tooth challenge. I am supposed to journal my sweet cravings and intake. At lunch I wanted coffee, because I was cold. I cannot stand coffee without sugar. SOOOO I put 4 packets of sugar into my coffee. I need to learn how to drink it without sugar or not at all. One option is for me to bring tea with me to work. I also had a mini snickers for a snack.
The other thing I am supposed to blog about is for sparkcoach. I am to blog about my exercise program. Currently my exercise program is to walk whenever I can and my dance class. I need to increase my cardio and I definitely need to add some strength training into my weekly schedule. I just don't enjoy the ST very much so I put it off and I have been extremely busy so I haven't worked as hard as I can or should on my exercising. I always make excuses.
