So I have two things I need to blog about. One is for the sweet tooth challenge. I am supposed to journal my sweet cravings and intake. At lunch I wanted coffee, because I was cold. I cannot stand coffee without sugar. SOOOO I put 4 packets of sugar into my coffee. I need to learn how to drink it without sugar or not at all. One option is for me to bring tea with me to work. I also had a mini snickers for a snack.

The other thing I am supposed to blog about is for sparkcoach. I am to blog about my exercise program. Currently my exercise program is to walk whenever I can and my dance class. I need to increase my cardio and I definitely need to add some strength training into my weekly schedule. I just don't enjoy the ST very much so I put it off and I have been extremely busy so I haven't worked as hard as I can or should on my exercising. I always make excuses.

    Maybe you can decrease the sugar by using just 3 packets and then eventually go to 2 and so on. I use Stevia for sweetener in my coffee and it works just fine.

    I'm going to have to give up coffee one if these days too. Flavored stevia may be an option. Thx

    As far as coffee goes, I went to my local health food store and purchase liquid stevia. They had all kinds of flavors. I also used to be in my water that gives it a nice sweet taste and makes water a lot easier to go down. Hope that helps
