So I'm back on track today. Ate a good breakfast of fruit went and walked for an hour pushing the baby in the stroller and I'm feeling good. Later today after kids and I eat lunches and baby is taking a nap I will put a movie on for my oldest and I'm going to get back to my yoga.
Tomorrow is weigh in day, so fingers crossed it's a least .5lb lost. If not it's okay gotta keep on trucking. Onward and upward.
