Do over... Again

Well I started logging my food on Friday November 20th. The first day I had over 4000 calories and 250 grams of fat. That's just insane!! And it was pretty much a typical day of food for me. No wonder I am feeling crazy fat. Anyway it has gotten better and better. Logging really is a secret weapon for me getting on track and getting healthy again. Before I left over three years ago I was running. Almost completed the C25K and then I sprained my ankle, later I almost finished again and blew out my knee at work. That put me out for months and then my dad passed away and I kinda went under for a long while. Now I'm back and I plan on finishing strong. However it will take me a bit of time to get back in shape for running. I am starting with walking and doing strength, Hot yoga, and swimming when I can. This time I'm finishing what I start. I read a quote on Facebook today. It read: "You have three choices in life, Give up, Give in, or Give it all you got!" I plan on following the third one and I'm ready to give it my all!
