Day 39 - Beck - Keep up with Exercise

Yes, I will keep up with exercise. It is a huge part of my life for so many years now. I play tennis at least 4 days a week and with 3 USTA teams, I usually play at least one more on the weekend. I also like to run and am attempting to run a race (4mi) on Thanksgiving morning. I have done some form of exercise every day for many years and intend on keeping it up forever!! Maybe not the same in 20 years but active just as well. :) I played tennis for 2 hours this morning, did some yoga and stayed within my calorie range. Still reading my cards every day and savoring the food I eat. I almost always eat sitting down I have to say, it's not easy but I think the results are worth the effort. I say "keep trying", you're doing it!!
