Day 38 - Beck - Dealing with a Plateau

I will remember that Plateaus are a normal thing and not let myself get too shook up when they happen. I know it is inevitable that I won't continue to consistently lose every week and certainly not every day. I already know this but I need to not let it deter me from staying on the course and throwing in the towel. I know I need to take this to heart because it can interfere with motivation and one can get the "I don't care anymore" attitude or "I'm tired of this". I really need to be aware of this and try my best to be ready. Today I went out for breakfast and ate a garden omelet and hash browns. I was careful the rest of the day but did have some candy with my dinner. I stayed within my calorie range because I had a very light lunch and dinner. I played tennis tonite for a couple of hours and did some yoga. I think yoga is extremely helpful in keeping me loose for tennis. I try to do some positions at various times of the day to keep myself from getting too stiff. I'm always afraid I'll get a lupus flare-up. It's always in the back of my mind. All that pain. I continue to thank God every day that I'm not dealing with it anymore. Have a sparked Sunday!!
