Day 37- Beck - Reduce Stress

Sorry I haven't been able to get my act together enough to blog the last few days but here is one that is very close to me. Yes, I am a very overcommitted type of person. I want to help everyone and do everything, which is really NOT a possibility. It's probably part of my excuse for being overweight - not having enough time to record, plan, and execute a plan for eating. Well, I have decided that is my main focus and will be forever because I'm tired of not being in control of my eating and tired of having to do controlled eating, then lose control, then do it again and again....... ad nauseam. I have prioritized and decided that this is THE #1 priority. I will reach my goal. (normal BMI) and hopefully get down a bit more but maybe not. We'll see when I get there. I love to play tennis, run and be outdoors. I'm hoping to fit some camping in again come spring and maybe even a week in the summer. I was camping co-ordinator for the AHG scouts until this year and got to camp pretty often. Since last fall I haven't been camping AT ALL. I really missed it this spring and fall. I missed the 15 mile hikes, too and hopefully they'll let me know when they are now that my youngest daughter is out of high school and no longer a member. Anyway, I will try to use the reduce stress steps and prioritize my tasks. Hopefully, I'll get more done and still be able to spend as much time as I need to stay on track. I am determined to be successful. Thanks for all your wonderful comments and support. My sparkfriends are awesome!
