Day 34 - Beck - Solve Problems

So, I need this on many levels. I get overwhelmed a lot when there is too much to do and not enough time. I have so many times I feel I'll never get everything done and don't get as much as I can get done because I get so fragmented. I am going to try to use the 7 question technique to get myself to take a step in the right direction and not throw my hands in the air and get paralyzed. Either way, I'll probably get more done and less worry is less stress. I will be positive and tell myself I can only do 1 thing at a time and remember to ask myself "what would I tell a friend if she were in this situation?" Maybe I'll get to bed earlier, too. That would definitely be a bonus. Tomorrow morning, I will run even though I have a USTA match in the afternoon. I'll try to take a 10-15 minute nap in the afternoon before the match. Hope to get a lot of things done tomorrow. will get to bed before midnight!!! Let's have a super Saturday!!
