Here's another instance where I think NO CHOICE will be my favorite mantra! I definitely could fall prey to Emotional Eating. I will definitely tell myself that emotional times are not an eating emergency. Hopefully I can avoid Emotional eating by reading my cards when I feel like this and remind myself of what I feel is most important. I will also try to distract myself. Sure seems to be working so far. Might change strategy if it does. Had a pretty good day again today. I ate at Chili's and left some on my plate and didn't even feel guilty. I did what I had planned, too. No appetizers, No dessert! Am staying on track! Every day is a day closer to my goal. I will prevail. Have a Fantastic Friday!!
