Day 32 - Beck - Prepare for Travel

I won't be travelling anytime soon but when I do, I will refer to this directive and plan my eating strategy. I will write down all my food and try to plan ahead as much as possible. I do love salads and am aware of some of the salad pitfalls (dressing amounts, added extra amounts) I like to have fish when I eat out, too. Not breaded - I'm wheat-free for over 10 years. It's the snacks and driving boredom I would have to be most aware of. PLanning snacks would be crucial and taking them along. Tomorrow a tough day Eliminate Emotional eating. I have been doing it, thanks to NO CHOICE - more to come. Have a sparked Thursday! WE can do this!!
