I am beyond disappointed in myself. I had done well a few years ago losing 15 kilograms (33 pounds) and felt good but then over this past year I have gained that back plus more.

Thankfully I am still not where I once was (at my heaviest I didn't even register on the Weight Watchers scales so I was well over 150 kilograms {330lbs} it took me over three months of hard work to finally register on the scales which were 150kgs so we thought I may have been up around the 160kgs or higher). I NEVER want to be anywhere near that again.

So I am doing all the right things, yet again, and just praying I am strong enough to continue this time and get back to where I was a couple of years ago and then keep going down from there. I do know that when I log my food, come online and talk with others here I do keep myself accountable and do manage to lose the weight.

So here goes nothing.
