No More "Just one mores"

I have been doing this all of my life. Just one more chip or cracker or one more bite of whatever. I do this when I go to put something away. I will go to close the package or put something into the fridge and I think "just one more" before I put it away. As if they will all be gone the next time I look. And often it turns into several. This is where mindfulness comes in. I need to think before I eat. My other new rule recently is no more eating while I cook. I am committed to weighing and measuring my portions and tracking. Oh, and no more eating the extra of what I'm weighing when it's a little bit over, lol. Funny but not funny. I start the 100 Days of weight loss on November 1st. WOO HOO for me!
