After 2 surgeries in one year I never really got back on track, I can play the blame game and blame the surgery and the long recovery , I can blame my job for the long hours or my family keeping me too way too busy to work out or cook the healthy meals we needed ,we all know take out is just much easier. We all have these obstacles in our lives and the only one at fault for where I am today is me . I chose Tuesday to start again I don't know why , all I know is winter is coming and this may sound weird but I tend to work out more in the winter , maybe because of my dislike of the cold .LOL well tomorrow is day # 3 of my comeback and the boss has decided to buy the office pizza for lunch I will decide tonight what to pack for my lunch to go with the one slice of pizza I will have and will add another 15 Min to tomorrows work out , what I have learned from my lifetime of weight struggles is that it takes planning and moderation to get where i want to be. I will get there.
