Thought I'd blog about the food we eat in a day.
Breakfast was, as usual Mon-Fri, Overnight Oats. 35g of oats layered with a low fat toffee yoghurt with strawberries & raspberries left in the fridge or not, depends how warm your place is overnight. (Sorry I'd eaten it before I decided to do this!)
Pete has taken a chicken salad, cheese & fruit to work but I'm having the Hot & Sour Seafood soup I made on Sunday for my lunch, with an apple & some cheese out of my daily allowance.
For our evening meal we are having Diet Ginger Beer Chicken with vegetable rice & extra Speed Veggies on the side. (photo is the same except with mashed potato instead of rice)
About 8pm we will have our fruit & a low fat Yoghurt.
I can honestly say that I've never eaten so much & so well and yet lost so much, now 4 stones 10lbs (66lbs) since the beginning of March this year.
