Plan For The Upcoming Weeks

BLC 29 started great! I was focused and making progress! The past 2 weeks I have had the munchies!! I seem to lose it late afternoon and just have to nibble!! I need to stop this now!
I will exercise 60 or more minutes a day
I will limit my calories to 1800 a day
I will focus on simple nutritious snacks of fruits and veggies.
I may not lose massive amounts of weight, but I will maintain through the holidays, lower my calories and really push come the new year
